Frequently Asked Questions.
What’s a Licensed Independent Insurance Agent?
Independent agents (aka brokers) are licensed by the state and contract with multiple insurance carriers to represent their products on your behalf - allowing you to compare and choose. I specialize exclusively in Medicare insurance plans.
What is your training?
In addition to my state licensing, each year I must complete over 80 hours of certification courses and pass a comprehensive annual exam on the Medicare program. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 30+ years of professional experience.
How are you compensated?
I’m compensated directly by the plan carrier that you choose so I can guide you based on your needs. There is no added cost for my service.
How do we meet?
I meet with clients by phone or video call (Zoom, FaceTime) so you can remain in the comfort and convenience of your home or office.
How do we get started?
We start with a consultation where I learn about your needs, explain the Medicare program, and answer your questions. If you want to move forward, we’ll proceed with personalized plan options and then enrollment. There is never any cost or obligation to enroll in a plan.
How is my privacy protected?
